At Bhumi, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your sustainable luxury purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
